Rare is the lunch or dinner hour when you won't find this roomy restaurant full of Korean-Americans and plenty of other diners, tearing into complex barbecued meats. The heady pickled condiments and the deeply flavored main dishes make this a tasty diversion from the more familiar cuisines of China and Southeast Asia. Be bold and order blind, or trust the staff's recommendations. And drink beer. Wine will work, but this is a cooking that likes the hoppy flavor of an icy brew.--Diablo
