Owner Philip Chu isn't fazed by anyone calling his cuisine Burmese, even though the country is now properly known as Myanmar. He's more concerned about how you like his complex and intriguing ginger salad, which has a minimum of a dozen ingredients. The mango and papaya salads are surefire hits, too, and he can't seem to turn out his latest favorite--mango prawns--fast enough. There are noodles, too, and a range of curries.--Diablo
